Born in 1984 and raised in Kadikoy – Istanbul, my photography journey started when I was 7. With a plastic film camera (turned out to be a Lomo Smena 8M years later), I remember taking photos of the local church from “different angles”.

After that, photography has always been with me as a hobby throughout the years. High school, university degree on business administration, shitty top class corporate life and I found myself taking photos for companies.

Work aside, my photography has evolved towards street. I like to capture rather moody shots as the guy a couple of steps away from it; trying not to scatter the mood in it. Recently interested in film photography and more cinematic edits, I am looking forward to see where things will lead me to.
